These bolts cannot be put in until the seals have been squished down.
Point of Order: Install center two bolts first 1/2 way. Turn the lip of the bottom seal out with a plastic spatula. Loosely install upper `A' pillar bolts next and fix the lip again. Push the whole thing forward and use a tapered pin to pull the lower bolts into view. install the last two bolts loosely, check the lip, insure the whole assembly in as far forward as it will go. Now with the door seals installed, close the doors to check the gap. Now you can let the windscreen come back to set the wing window seal crush. Tighten the center and side bolts into the final position.
This method has proven to work for about six hours, after that the windows break anyway without being touched. No, Really, I'm good at this and I have the broken windows to prove it. Next time for sure I'll get it right - Trust Me…
