Under way

Many good and adventures where had with Gimble.  It proved to be a fun reliable and tough.  Like the latter boats, it was great fun sailing round in rough weather long after the lightweight fiberglass sloops had run for protected moorage.

In the following slide show is a few shots of a second one built by our friends Jesse and Mike Tate.

Dad whistled us up a big whale in the the Juan De Fuca Strait on their why back  to Vancover BC.

"Ralph" Followed the boat for around an hour and a half.  Avoid getting sprayed by the blow hole; Foul and phlegmy.

In the last shot Gimble is pulled out on the beach for cleaning.
